まず、以下のトピックについて書いてみましょう。

英検1級の英作文は、ご存じのように3つ以上の「キーワード」を用いて、「イントロ」、「ボディ」、「コンクルージョン」を含む200ワードの英文を作る問題です。
まずは、「イントロ」です。
当アクエアリーズで校では、(数年前までは) 以下のように指導しておりましたが、

次は、肝心要の「ボディ」です。ここが一番難しいと言えるのは、トピックに対する賛成か反対の意見[ポイント]を的確に述べ、その意見[ポイント]を効果的に証明する[読者を納得させる]英文を書く点にあります。
効果的に証明する[読者を納得させる]英文を書くにはある程度の訓練が必要となりますが、とりあえずは合格ラインの目安となる20点を取るために、必ず3段落、3つの意見[ポイント]を書いて(且つ3つの意見[ポイント]が重ならない[オーバーラップしない]ように注意して)、それからサポートする文を書いて、マス目がなるべく全て埋まるように頑張りましょう。
それでは「英語で経済・政治・社会を討論する技術と表現(ベレ出版)」を参考に、
まずボディの「冒頭に書くべき意見[ポイント]」をそれぞれPro と Conを3点ずつ並べてみましょう。
Pro[賛成]の立場で書く場合、
① Firstly, organ transplants can save lives of domestic patients suffering from organ failures.
(第一に、臓器移植は、臓器不全で苦しむ国内患者の命を救うことができる)
② Secondly, the promotion of organ transplants can contribute greatly towards medical advancement in Japan.
(第二に、臓器移植の推進は、日本の医学の進歩に大きく貢献することができる)
③ Thirdly, the spread of organ transplants can answer the needs of domestic patients who can’t afford the organ transplants overseas.
(第三に、臓器移植の普及は、海外で臓器移植をするお金の余裕がない国内患者のニーズに答えることができる)
Con[反対]の立場で書く場合、
① Firstly, the spread of organ transplants can encourage unethical organ trafficking (in black market).
(第一に、臓器移植の普及は、(ブラックマーケットの)非倫理的な臓器売買を助長する可能性がある)
② Secondly, the promotion of organ transplants can increase the number of organ transplants without any consent of donors[brain-dead patients] [against the will of donors[brain-dead patients]].
(第二に、臓器移植の促進は、脳死患者の同意のない(あるいは脳死患者の意志に反する)臓器移植の数を増やす可能性がある)
③ Thirdly, many Japanese still have a resistance to organ transplants which damage the dead bodies.
(第三に、多くの日本人にとって、いまだ遺体を損傷させる臓器移植に対する抵抗感がある)
以上のような意見[ポイント]を考え出して書いて、続いてそれを効果的にサポートする文を2~3文前後で続けて1段落を構成させます。これを3つ作って3段落を並べるようにしていきましょう。

最後に、「コンクルージョン」も型で書いて、1分で書き終えることができます。ボディの最初に来る意見[ポイント]を句にまとめて締めくくりましょう。

大体この形を基本にすれば、簡単に英検1級の英作文を書くことができます。それから、大体全ての英作のマス目を埋めるような気持ちで、なるべく多く書くように心掛けましょう。
